Q: How long do I have access when I purchase?

A: Once you enroll in The Better Body Collective, you’ll have access to the monthly material for as long as your duration as a member. That means you can go at your own pace as quickly or as slowly as you need, PLUS your membership covers our monthly coaching calls, challenges, workshops, and access to our community. You’ll get an email immediately after purchase with your login details to start.

Q. How does it work to follow along?

A: Every month you’ll get our expert-designed programming with a full 4-week workout plan (just click inside the calendar and the follow-along workout will be ready for you), and meal plan focused on high-protein, calorie-conscious meals designed for women over 40. Then tune in for our bi-weekly Q&A calls to get extra help, lean into our community for accountability, and enjoy ALL the other resources whenever you want to dive in, to catapult your results and feel in control of your body again. Everything is literally laid out for you - no guesswork, no overwhelm. 

Q: How do I know if this is the right program for me?

Q: How does this compare to other fitness apps?

Q: Can I do this program if I have dietary restrictions? 

A: Yes. Inside the collective is guidance on how to customize meals to support your goals, so you can pick and choose the foods that work for you. Most of the meals inside are gluten-free (or have gluten-free options) with animal-based protein sources. We make sure every meal has adequate protein, fiber, and a balanced macro breakdown!

Q: How much time per day do I need to complete the materials?

A: It’s up to you! The Better Body Collective is designed for busy women to go at their own pace, and dive into whatever area they need the most help. The education videos around nutrition, hormones, and fitness are short (most between 3-5 minutes) with simple guidance after to put it into practice. All the recipes inside are extremely quick and easy to whip up, and the workouts you also get as a member range anywhere from 10-40 minutes. 

Here’s the really cool thing - if you have a specific question or roadblock, simply post it in the community! This omits hours of endless Googling or guessing. We’re here to support YOU!

Q: Can I do this program if I’m doing hormone replacement therapy or have a pre-existing condition?

A: Absolutely! Although The Better Body Collective does not provide individual medical advice on HRT or medical conditions, this membership provides the foundation to improve midlife women’s overall health and weight loss journey. Nothing in the program is medical advice and should not be taken as such. Always consult your provider with specific medical concerns. 

Q: Do I need Facebook or any other social media for this?

A: Nope! Our membership is housed in a password-protected website (and app too!) so you do not need social media to get access. 

Q: Are the workouts in the program follow-along videos or PDF’s?

A: Each workout is a full video where I do it right along with you. And on-demand access to watch anytime, anywhere. 

Q: Do you offer refunds? And what if I need to cancel?

A: Once you enroll, you have instant access to the materials inside to keep you on track, so we are unable to accommodate refund requests. However, you can cancel your monthly membership at any time by emailing us at support@physicalkitchness.com.
